Who's behind this
We measure things for a living. This is the access door.
The 2AM Booking is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.
Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local practices and service businesses. The finding behind this door fell out of attribution work for a specialty practice: thirteen months of traced inquiries showed the clock, not the marketing, deciding outcomes. Arrivals in hours when something could happen booked at nearly triple the rate of arrivals when nothing could — and the "nothing could" crowd, once finally booked, closed at 67%. The most decided patients in the dataset were the ones the door was locked against.
That finding runs the whole family of services in our network footer. This door aims it at the front gate: whether a ready person can get onto your calendar at the moment readiness happens.
What we can show you
- The measured findings — the numbers on this site come from a real engagement's records (anonymized; it's their data, we did the measuring), labeled as such, because honesty about evidence is a habit.
- A working demo of our measurement dashboards on realistic fictional data — email for a walkthrough link.
- This site's own machinery — the assessment, scoring, report and booking are systems we built and run. The discovery you'd buy is booked online, any hour, in one step: pick a slot, pay, done. We wouldn't sell open doors from behind a locked one.
The rules we work by
- Estimates are labeled estimates. Measurements carry timestamps. The difference is the product.
- Prices are published. $500 discovery, builds from $2,500.
- No invented proof. No fake testimonials, no stock-photo team, no statistics we can't source.
- The AI is named. Report analysis is written by Claude, an AI model, from your answers — it says so in every report.
